We are a boutique Melbourne based migration agency with one simple goal, to provide you with straightforward, value for money advice and assistance with your Australian immigration and visa matters.

At Reeves Valentine Immigration we know what is required to maximise your chances of a successful visa application as we have over 40 years’ experience in the Australian immigration industry.

We are registered Migration Agents with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) and are members of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).

We are committed to adhering to the Migration Agents Code of Conduct through the provision of ethical, high quality advice and professional services.

Our Principal Agents

Michael Burns
Managing Director (MARN 1385971)
Michael is a former senior officer with over 40 years’ experience in the Australian Immigration Department and he became a Registered Migration Agent in 2013.

He is internationally recognised as an expert in Australian visa systems having trained airline and border agency officers both overseas and in Australia.

Michael has a specific interest and extensive operational experience in the Middle East gained from over 15 years managing Australia’s visa processing services in the region. He has also served as a specialist immigration officer in Fiji, Thailand, Greece and the United Kingdom.

As a Senior Immigration Departmental Officer, he has also managed onshore visa processing in Darwin, Sydney and Canberra and served in the office of two Assistant Immigration Ministers at Parliament House in 2004 and 2005.

Michael specialises in Partner, Family, and Significant Investors Visas, holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). He has used his expertise to provide continuing professional development training to fellow MIA members.

Kimberly Ersoy
Kimberly has extensive experience in human resource management and recruitment both in Australia and overseas.

She has worked for two of the major luxury hotel companies in the Middle East, managing the human resource, recruitment, relocation and visa functions.

Kimberly has a particular focus on the hospitality industry and works alongside employers to identify workforce skills shortages. She then works closely with employers and potential visa applicants to facilitate and achieve successful visa outcomes.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the Australian National University, a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
